Payment terms:
Full payment is required to secure booking more than 24 hours before trip departure.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
100% money back guarantee is provided should the operator cancel a tour due to safety concerns or weather conditions. An alternative booking can also be made at no extra cost. 
 
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made up to 48 hours of departure time.
 
A 50% refund is provided for cancellations within 24 hours of departure times.
 
100% payment is expected for all cancellations within 12 hours. 
 
All tour discounts and vouchers are non-refundable.
 
No Show Policy: 
100% payment is expected for all individuals and groups who fail to attend a scheduled tour. See above for exceptions.
